I bring a wide range of knowledge and experience to a successful interim mandate. I also hold an MBA from the University of Rochester, USA and have over 16 years of experience in general management in the DACH region as well as 16 years in leading positions in sales and supply chain management from SME´s as well as international corporations.

With over 30 years of professional experience, I have successfully implemented numerous projects and a solid track record. My hands-on approach, extensive experience and expertise make me a valuable implementer and sparring partner for your company.

In my role as interim manager, I take responsibility for strategic planning, operational implementation, and transformation management. I analyse the existing challenges and develop tailor-made solutions to achieve the agreed and set goals. In doing so, I work closely with the existing management team and executives to implement the agreed goals jointly and successfully.

Thanks to my many years of experience in management, transformation, and project management as well as numerous M&A activities, I am quickly able to gain a holistic overview.
